Do kind of Catering do you offer?
We offer all different service styles of catering. From pick up options to delivery/set up and full service. From a house party, corporate event or a wedding celebration - we can tailor our service to fit your event.
My guests have dietary restrictions - Do you have options?
Simple answer yes. All of out meats & sauces are gluten free and do not have any soy. All of our sides located on the catering menu are gluten free sans the Mac N’ Cheese. Let us know if you are in need of any other options. ie) Vegan or Vegetarian options.
How much notice do we need?
We ask that you give us one weeks notice for delivery/ full service options. Feel free to call us if you have an event within a week - if we have the staffing to execute it for you we will.
How much food do you recommend ordering per person?
We offer large portions inside of the restaurant. There is about a 1/2 lb of meat on all of our sandwiches. For parties larger than 20, we suggest slightly more than 1/3rd of a pound. This all depends on the group that you are feeding and the different options that you have. Send us an email and we can help curate a menu with the correct portions.
Do you offer bar service?
We do offer bar service at full service events.
What is included in our catering besides food?
We include; wire racks, sternos, serving utensils, plates, napkins, plastic cutlery. For full service events, we can supply the buffet tables and linens.
Arrival time for delivery/ set up?
We arrive 30 to 45minutes ahead of your desired eat time. We have all of the equipment for transportation and set up. We will let you know how much table space we will need to be available for the buffet.
