At Brileys BBQ, great barbecue starts with real smoke and patience. Our meats are seasoned and smoked in-house daily using cherry wood from Eastern Washington, giving every brisket, rib and sandwich that signature Northwest flavor. Celebrated 10 years open in 2025!

Pair our slow-smoked barbecue with house-made sacues, classic homemade sides, and a rotating selection of craft beer and wine.

Our restaurant is located in Lake Forest Park. We’ll have everything ready for you with directions on how to set up and serve your guests. Perfect for office lunches, corporate events, sports teams, parties, outdoor events, etc. Buffet style or boxed lunches available.

DELIVERY & BUFFET SET UP

You provide the table, we’ll provide the rest. Perfect for office lunches, corporate events, sports teams, parties, outdoor events, etc. We’ll show up early and get everything ready for you.

FULL SERVICE

Weddings, parties, and large celebrations. Add ons available.

"I really love this local bbq spot. The smoke is really unique and it elevates the ribs and brisket. I've never been much of "sides" person and hands down the portions of meat in the beans and the collard greens really stand out. I could eat those all day. Service is outstanding and everyone is really friendly. It feels as if I'm eating in someone's home. Lastly, portions are really generous and appreciate the generosity."
