Owners: Skyler Riley and Kyle Brierley

We opened the doors at Brileys BBQ on August 5th, 2015.

With the mission to provide amazing service and BBQ to the greater Seattle area.

Where’s the name Brileys come from?

Riley + Brierley = Brileys. Friends since our high school days at Inglemoor.

More on Sky & Kyle - Loyal Bruce Springsteen fans and they love playing golf. They each have two young kids and no longer play golf.

Victor

Been on the Brileys team since 2020. There’s not a menu item that Vic hasn’t made. You’ve most likely seen him on sauté station making pit beef, searing chicken or finishing your mac n' cheese. Victor is a fantastic chef and his positive presence in our kitchen is a joy to be around. We love a good family meal here at Brileys, and Vic is usually behind these. We’re spoiled with great off-menu dishes regularly, but no doubt- his salsa is the most popular. Just ask Sky's wife, sister-in-laws, and anyone else that has had the privilege of receiving a jar of Vic's salsa. It is TO DIE FOR. Away from work, Vic likes spending time with his wife & two kids, and loves watching soccer - Go Sounders and go Chivas!

Favorite meal: Sliced brisket sandwich, chicken wings and hand-cut potato fries.

Chef

Henry

Been on the Briley's team since 2019. Henry started as a dishwasher when he was 16 and worked up to be one of our Catering Specialists. During the winter season he spends most off days up at Steven’s pass or Mount Baker snowboarding. Henry is also working his way to become a firefighter.

Eric

Been on the Briley's team since 2019. Erik has done it all! From serving to catering, he now manages the Front of House on the weekends. He loves the Mariners, backpacking and is scuba diving certified.

Favorite menu item: Hush Puppies

Cameron

Cameron started at Brileys in 2021, during his first summer back from Grand Canyon University in Arizona. He graduated in 2024 and is working his way into the Fire Fighting Academy.

Away from work, he enjoys spending time watching baseball, playing golf and spending time with his wife Marci.

Go-to order: Catfish basket with beans & mac.

Front of House

Nick

Nick has been working in Brileys kitchen since 2023. He’s a valuable member of our team and a great chef! Like most of the Brileys team, Nick loves gaming with friends. Last summer, he picked up tennis and has been all in ever since. Getting outside seems to be his happy place as he enjoys hikes, walks, sports and any other outdoor activity with others.

Favorite meal- Pulled chicken spiked w/ a jalapeño cheddar sausage.

Chef

Carter

Carter has been working with us since 2023. You’ve most likely seen him front and center in the kitchen calling out your order. He’s a very talented chef who cares immensely about how his plated food looks before you take the first bite. Carter is the kitchen manager at Brileys and responsible for leading our team during the busiest times.

Carter works closely with Skyler and Kyle and is very involved in our weekly planning of orders and Catering events. Watching his leadership and management skills take off in 2025 has been an absolute pleasure to be a part of. He has two younger brothers who are also employed at Brileys.
